L. Sivarajan belongs to the second group.

Born and raised in Tindivanam, Tamil Nadu, Sivarajan grew up facing financial difficulties and heavy family responsibilities. Because of economic pressure, continuing formal education was not possible for him. Starting work at a young age was not a decision—it was something life demanded. From the very beginning, he learned that survival often comes before comfort, and that struggle itself can be the greatest teacher.

In his teenage years, he worked in several industries, putting in long hours and dealing with pressure almost every day. There were times when doubt crept in, but each job left behind an important lesson. Those early experiences taught him discipline, resilience, and the true value of honest hard work. During this phase of life, he began to feel a strong interest in the automobile industry. What started as simple curiosity slowly grew deeper, and with years of hands-on experience, that interest naturally turned into a clear sense of purpose.

Even while working as an employee, Sivarajan quietly carried a dream of building something of his own. With strong self-belief and the determination to move beyond his limitations, that dream finally became reality in 2010 when he started Friends Car Accessories Chennai using his hard-earned savings. The path was not easy. Financial pressure, operational difficulties, and constant uncertainty tested him at every stage, but stepping back was never an option.

As a self-made entrepreneur, Sivarajan learned directly from experience. He adapted to challenges as they came and continued to grow steadily over time. His journey has always been guided by honesty, consistent effort, and a strong commitment to earning customer trust. Gradually, Friends Car Accessories became a trusted name in Chennai for car accessories, car customization, and automobile services—known for transparent pricing, skilled technicians, and a customer-first approach.

Today, Friends Car Accessories operates four successful branches across Chennai—Pallikaranai, Pallavaram, and Sholinganallur–Perumbakkam—serving thousands of satisfied customers. Beyond business, Sivarajan is also a mentor who understands struggle because he has experienced it firsthand. He believes that success is not just about achievement, but about responsibility.

His journey continues with the same belief that started it all—to grow with purpose, serve with integrity, and show that no beginning is too small when the determination to rise is strong.
